Vacation Rental Description

Our Downtown “Old Naples” Waterfront Condo sits on a small, quite 
and private little island right in the heart of Naples. It views 
both the Naples Bay (the body of water that leads out to the Gulf of 
Mexico) and the very exclusive & Private Naples Yacht & Sailing 
Club. It is close to the Beach, has it’s own Marina (fish off the 
docks) Oversized Heated L-Shaped Lap Pool, Hot Tub, Gas Grills & 
Dining Facilities Poolside, Covered Parking Garage w/private Condo 
Entrance, Cablevision, Home Theater System & New Large Screen TV. 
Walk to the 5th Ave. shops, Bay Front Shops,Tin City or dine at one 
of the boat accessible waterside restaurants on the Naples Bay. On 
our little island you will find Dolphin Watching Tours, Sightseeing 
Yacht or Sunset Dinner Cruises,Boat Rentals, Fishing Charters and a 
Bait/Tackle Shop. The master has a King Size High End Serta Pillow 
Top Bed with 600 Count Ralph Lauren Sheets. There is an adjoined 
separate vanity/dressing area, huge walk in closet & private full 
bath. The 2nd guest suite is down stairs, has one king size bed & 
one queen size bed, private bath, cable TV,laundry room & is 
equipted w/ coffee maker and small refriderator. The Pool House 
adjoins a heated L-Shaped Lap Pool, fabulously heated Jacuzzi and  
in ground Weber gas grills are available to use while enjoying the 
pool area. Walk to the pier/beach from this condo for sunset or 
enjoy outdoor music and dining just across the street. This location 
is fabulous, fun, convenient to all our favorite restaurants in 
Naples & is close to a host of wonderful points of interest.
