Vacation Rental Owner/Manager

Vacation Rental Description

Our three bedroom -(all Queen size beds)- two bath home is a block from 
kailua beach and the Kalapawai market and a 10 minute walk to 
Buzz's, 15 minute walk to downtown or to the free community 
recreation center with pool, tennis courts, and basketball. Rent 
your kayak, bikes or sailboard or get shave ice at the mall half a 
block away.

Our home is decorated in Hawaiian style, with original art, plants, 
an outdoor hammock and wireless DSL internet access and a 
printer/fax. A DVD player is built in to the TV in the living room 
and the master bedroom has it's own TV with Cable. Each bedroom has 
an air conditioner. An extra large lot means lots of room to play 
when you are not at the beach.

There is off-street parking for three cars and assorted beach toys 
(chairs and boogie boards) for you to use. We've even written up our 
favorite places and things to do in our guidebook. We hope you end 
up loving Kailua as much as we do!

wireless DSL Internet, fax/printer, CD Player, Full Kitchen (waffle

Grill (BBQ). ( No Smoking ).

Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Gym, Fishing, Wildlife 
Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Sightseeing, 
Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, 
Surfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing

Vacation Rental Rates

Our standard rate is $300/night (min. 5 nights) for up to 6 people, 
plus taxes.
We charge a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.
Transient tax is 7.25%. General Excise Tax is 4.712%.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount due is required to
