Cape Charles has one of the largest concentrations of late-Victorian and turn-of-the-century buildings on the East Coast, with most of it's structures built between 1885 and 1920. The town has been designated as a Historic District on the Virginia Landmarks Register and is on the National Register of Historic Places. This historic DUPLEX Home is located in downtown Cape Charles and is 2
blocks to a beautiful beach.
You can walk to Bay Creek Marina and village .
The new Bay Creek Golf Course is also nearby.
The house has been newly remodeled with centeral air and all new
bedrooms.
There is 2 queens, 3 singles and a pullout sofa. Sleeps 8-10
