Captain's Quarters is an exclusive Oceanfront Resort Condominium 
complex boasting breathtaking panoramic views!  It is located on 
Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Beach just minutes away from 
Historic downtown St. Augustine.  It offers a year-round heated 
pool, a tennis court and a clubhouse with a full kitchen and 
additional laundry (our unit has it's own laundry).  There are also 
gas grills near the clubhouse in the courtyard for our guests 
enjoyment.  Unique to this property is a security lock-down covered 
parking garage with an assigned space for each unit in addition to 
the overflow private parking lot.  An added plus is that the 
building has elevators!

Our complex is located directly on the beach with a private 
boardwalk access where you can walk on the white sandy beaches of 
the Atlantic Ocean.  Captain's Quarters is conveniently located just 
off A1A and very close to several shopping centers, stores and 
restaurants, cafes and bars - many within walking distance.  

Historic downtown St. Augustine is only a short drive away. 
Jacksonville is only 41 miles to the North, and Orlando is 105 miles 
South.  

Our Condo is 1200 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 
ceramic tile throughout.  It had been an upgraded owner's unit which 
has recently been furnished as a resort rental.  It is located on 
the top (third) floor, so it has the best views in the building. The 
southern exposure walls are glass and the West wall is mirrored to 
maximize ocean views from every angle in the Living Room!  The 
elevator is just outside the entrance for easy access, and the 
association provides luggage racks and shopping carts for our guests 
to make loading and unloading a breeze.  The balcony off the living 
room and master bedroom faces south and has a spectacular view of 
the ocean.

of Numbre de Dios, the Lightner Museum, Flagler College, Potter's 
Wax Museum, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, the Pena Peck House, 
St. Augustine Lighthouse & Museum, the Alligator Farm, Fort 
Matanzas, Ghost Tours, Castillo de San Marcos, San Sebastian Winery, 
Old Town Trolley Tours and the Sightseeing Train.  Marineland is 
just South of Crescent Beach.
