Vacation Rental Amenities

Two (2) bedrooms, Master has a king size bed, walk in closet, 
oversized shower, separate his and hers vanities.  Second bedroom 
has a queen bed, large closet and wardrobe.  Living room with 
sleeper sofa, TV/VCR in armoire.  Study/Den that could be used as an 
office.  Dining room area with round table that can easily seat 
six.  Kitchen with breakfast area.  All cooking and eating utensils, 
dishware, etc. included.  Full size washer and dryer.  Screen porch 
overlooking the Grasslands Country Club golf course.

Activities and Attractions

Lakeland is ideally located between Tampa and Orlando allowing for 
easy access to either location if required.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Unit is currently rented through October 2008.  Minimum rental term - three (3) months.  
Rates $2000/mo. - $2,500/mo. depending on length of rental term.  
All utilities included (including cable) except telephone.
