It is just 2 blocks from sandy beach of 7 miles (5-10 min walk).  Far enough away from the noise and traffic of the amusement park and pier but close enough to walk to. Perfect for large family reunions. Why rent 3-4 cottages when veryone can stay under one roof!

This property is licensed with the town of Old Orchard Beach and the state of Maine. It meets all local and state regulations and safety guidelines.

Extra large full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils. 9 bedrooms with assorted arrangements of king, full and twin beds. 5 bathrooms, huge dining room, sitting room, sun room, tv/great room, enclosed porch, cable TV, phone, and wireless Internet connection.  Private outside area with grill and picnic table. On and off street parking.

We take pride in the fact that you will be walking into a unit that is exceptional clean and everything you need to start your vacation the minute you walk in.  As is the norm with all summer rental units, linens and sheets are not provided.

Sun bathe, swim or body surf on 7 miles of sandy beach. Fish off the beach or travel down to nearby Camp Ellis (10 min car ride) to book a fishing outing or buy fresh fish/lobsters right from the returning fishermen. Walk into town and pier for amusement park. Drive 25 minutes to Ogunquit or Portland, 45 minutes to Freeport/LL Bean or the Kittery Factory Outlets. Close proximity to numerous golf courses and great eating places.
