and water. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private
bath/jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with private
bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be left separate
or made together to become a king. The spacious living room has a
sofa that pulls out to a queen sleeper.

The unit is equipped with air conditioning, washer/dryer, gas
fireplace, cable/satellite tv, vcr/dvd players, gas bbq
grill, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. All
linens and cooking utensils provided. Unit is on the 2nd level and
the property does have an elevator.

The property has 3 pools for your use. One of which is a lazy river
area for younger guests with a playground. Nearby activities
include: shopping, golf/miniature golf, restaurants, boating,
waterskiing, parasailing, jet skiing, water park, movie theaters,
bumper cars and go karts.

October - April $150/night----$1,000/week
May - September $300/night----$1,800/week
All major holidays have a 3 night minimum
1 night deposit due within 7 days of making reservation
An additional $85 is charged for cleaning fee
A 12x36 boat slip is available for an additional $20/day
