golf course behind the 16th tee. This getaway is perfect for mature
adults who want a relaxing upscale environment and amenities in a
quiet community setting. Two skylights and surrounding windows
provide natural light in the vaulted ceiling main living area,
situated on the second floor, which gives its one of the best views
in the gated community of Ocean Colony. Each large uniquely decorated
bedroom has a view of either the fairway or mountains and is appointed
with a quality queen size bed and a full private bathroom.
Hardwood floors abound. There is a balcony off the living/dining
area and garden patio area off the downstairs bedrooms. A large
drive plus a two-car garage provide off street parking. The
residence is just a 5-minute walk to the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel
and ocean walkway.

As my guest and hopefully future friend, I am committed to make your

private bathroom with a separate shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Walk-in
closet, garden patio with a view of the golf course fairway.

Bedroom 3: Situated on the first floor queen size bed with a
private bathroom and combination bath and shower. Two mirrored
closets, garden patio with a view of the golf course fairway.

A queen size auto inflate matress is also available upon request.

General Location: Half an hour from San Francisco, San Francisco
International Airport (SFO), Stanford and Palo Alto. Half Moon Bay
is known for its great hiking, biking, surfing and kayaking, as well
as a picturesque downtown area with its local restaurants, shops,
music and theater. This coastal home is in the private gated
community of Ocean Colony, and is a 5-minute walk to the Ritz
Carlton, beach and walking trails. Near by beaches include Montara,
Moss Beach, Half Moon Bay, San Gregorio, and Pescadero. This is also
a great jumping off point for day trips to the wine country, and the
cities of Santa Cruz and Monterey, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach and
Stanford.

Activities (nearby): Hiking, biking, sailing, swimming, golf,
tennis, fitness center, massage, yoga, live music, fishing, wildlife
viewing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, live theater,
museums, sightseeing, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, surfing,
windsurfing, jet skiing, kayaking.

Nearby is Princeton Harbor, a working harbor where you can buy your
fresh/smoked fish, go on a deep-sea fishing trip, or fish/crab from
the pier. The protected beaches within the harbor are wonderful for
children, and the bluff walks above provide views of the world-
famous Mavericks surfing area, elegant cypresses, and pounding
waves. A flat paved 14-mile long bicycle trail runs from the Harbor
along the beaches past Half Moon Bay and other trails are to be
found along the bluffs, and coastal mountains.

The quaint, seaside town of Half Moon Bay with its galleries and
restaurants are a short 5 min drive north. Enjoy the culinary
talents of chefs at a host of restaurants, like the Navio at the
Ritz-Carlton, or the award-winning Cetrella, or Zagat-rated Cafe
Gibraltor, or watch the sunset from the Moss Beach Distillery or go
to Duarte's in Pescadero and order their delectable artichoke soup.

Further south are San Gregorio and Pescadero with their beautiful
beaches, bird marshes and Pigeon Point Lighthouse. Ano Nuevo State
Park is home to the famous Elephant Seals (Nov-Mar reservations
required). Sunny Santa Cruz has wonderful surfing beaches and
Boardwalk is a short hour south. 20-min East you will find yourself
in the redwoods, Skyline Blvd with it�s panoramic vistas of the
Peninsula. Easy day trips include Napa/Sonoma Valley, Monterey Bay,
Sacramento and Sausalito/Stinson Beach/Muir Woods.

Close by are several science/tech museums (Exploratorium/ San Jose
Tech Museum), the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Great America.

Longer term, weekend inquires and recurring business travelers
welcomed. Rates dependent on the number of occupants, length and
number of visits. Save on monthly/recurring rental arrangements.

Monies for the rental must be received three weeks prior to your
stay. No credit cards accepted, checks or postal money orders or
certified checks drawn on US financial institutions only. All funds
in USD.

Deposit/Security/Cleaning: A $500.00 deposit is required to
confirm your reservation. This deposit less a $90.00 normal cleaning
fee will be returned to you after your stay provided the premises and
its contents are left in an acceptable manner and keys and remote
controls,
etc. are returned.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change
without notice.

Cancellations: Must be made four weeks prior to your
confirmed arrival date for a full return of your $500.00 deposit.
