people. This is family-friendly development. Families and Adults
over 24 only! (ID's will be required)

The living room contains a large 36" TV with a DVD/VCR and a pull out queen size sofa bed.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and sliding door that
opens to a balcony. There is also a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and
an oversized closet.

This unit is nicely furnished and has all the comforts of home - an
eat-in kitchen, all appliances and gadgets you need in the kitchen,
a washer/drayer. It also includes ONE off-street reserved parking
spot.

This unit is just 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and convention
center and is in the heart of Wildwood. If you are looking for a clean, nicely furnished unit with generous space and a great location at a great price, this is it!  My prices are negotiable if you book early! Contact me with any

essentials you need.
There is also a laundry center with washer & dryer.
You also get ONE reserved off-street parking lot for the unit.
All you need to bring are beach towels, linens and bath towels!

a $300 refundable security deposit is required for each week's stay.

distance to local restaurants, video stores, etc.

Weekly in-season rate is $950. Weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday.
