master room and two full size beds in the second room. About 1,300
square feet of living space. Furnish with Italian made, wood kitchen
cabinetry with granite countertops, kitchen is equiped with a full
size refrigerator that has a built in water filter as well as a water
dispenser, it has a full microwave and a nice flat top stove, a
dishwasher and all kitchen untensils. Unit has a private balcony with
a nice view of the ocean. It also offers a Full dining table to seat
4/6 people, and a living room set with a TV's for your enjoyment.
There is also beach chairs available for you and your family to take
outside to the sand.

The most beautiful pool and outdoor jacuzzi in all of Hollywood
Beach. Pool Area is nicely set-up with cabañas overlooking the
Atlantic Ocean and the pool, together with a friendly Tiki Bar and BBQ
pit for private enjoyment. The building is oceanfront and it has the
most enjoyable sandy beach, there is plenty of beach chairs, bed style
lounge chairs,and many trees to create the perfect scenario to enjoy
all around the pool and its Tikibar to sip drinks while you sunbathe
and relax. There is also a state of the art GYM equiped with sauna,
steam room, outdoor jacauzzi all available to work out and to relax.
There is also a SPA and personal trainer available to schedule
workouts, massages,facials,manicures,pedicures and all of many other
services required. 24 hour valet parking, convinience store for "nick
/nacks", computer room 24 hrs available and a full concierge service
in the building. There is also a club room with pool tables,lounge
sofas, card tables all for your private enjoyment.

The condo is centrally located within walking distance of the 5 star
resort hotel "The Westin Diplomat", which is famous for its "Nikki
Beach" restaurant and lounge. Few minutes north is Hollywood
Boardwalk with many restaunrant, nightclubs, shops and many other
activities. Main shopping is also nearby in the well know "Aventura
Mall" about 6 minutes south of the building. And many other
atracctions are also available with the concierge such as scuba trips,
snorkel trips , museums, monkey jungle, parrot jungle and many other
theme parks just ask and you will have it.

Weekly Rental $ 1,000.00 ( 7 calendar days minimum, ex. sat to sat )
$ 175.00 per extra day if available. Except Holiday Weekends (will
quote). 6 people maximum .** No pets ** No smoking inside the unit **
Parking Fee is $ 45.00 per Week per auto.
There is a Reservation Deposit required, which is 25% of your stay.
You must pay for the deposit in advance with a bank check or personal
check in US funds only. No reservations will be made without a
deposit. The Balance will be paid to the host on the day of arrival
plus a Security Deposit of $ 250.00 which is refundable upon your
departure, in cash,travelers or bank check. No personal checks or
Credit cards. Refunds ( less $50.00 booking fee )will be made upon
cancellation notice of at least 30 days in advance. A Cancellation
less than those THIRTY days prior to the arrival date will not
refund your Reservation Deposit.
