From $99 per night....This beautifully decorated town home
is located in the prestigious Green Valley community which is
located
about 10 - 15 minutes southeast of the airport and the "Famous Las
Vegas Strip". The home is equipped with everything to make your
stay
enjoyable.

The 2 story town home is a little over 1500 square feet with 3
bedrooms (sleeps 6 people), 2 full bath, a powder room and a 1 car
garage. It has comfortable furniture and amenities. High speed
internet, free local telehone calls, internet full Kitchen with side
by side refrigerator, full size stove, microwave, coffee maker,
blender, dishes, pots and pans, and silver ware. It also has a
laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Living room has
fireplace, Direct TV television, CD player, and stereo.
The master and one of the bedrooms have a television with Direct TV,
and the master bath has a garden tub. Private gated garden patio.
There is a swimming pool available in the community.

It's right off the 215 beltway and Pecos Road. A 10 minutes drive
from McCarran International Airport, 15 minutes drive to The Famous
Las Vegas strip for gambling, and shopping, and 5 minutes drive to
the Green Valley Ranch Casino Resort and “The District” for
shopping, movie theater and several restaurants.

Lake Mead for boating, fishing, jet skiing, and swimming.

Mount Charleston for dining in the 2 resort lodges, horseback
riding, or winter snow skiing, snow boarding, sledding, and tubing.

Red Rock Canyon, or the Valley of Fire for hiking.

Hover Dam for site seeing and tours.

Certified funds are due at time of booking. Reservations are
strictly on a first come first serve basis. All rates and
availability are subject to change without notice. Reservations are
not guaranteed until all payments and all contracts are received.
Cannot "hold" property for any reason.

Any additional rental monies shall be due by the 1st of every month
or before arrival date. After the 5th of each month $50.00 per day
late fees shall be assessed as additional rent until paid in full.
Additional rental monies unpaid shall be due by certified funds the
1st of every month there after. All funds must be by certified check
in USD.

Refundable security deposit of $300. The deposit shall secure
compliance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and
shall be refunded to guest within 21 days after premises have been
vacated less any amount necessary to pay owner/manager for damages.
