Vacation Rental Description

and foliage with a huge 3 acre parcel and baseball size grass yard

Vacation Rental Amenities

Activities and Attractions

Hawaii and all it has to offer. Retreat into the tropical hawaii
feel of flowers and plants everywhere for peace and tranquility.
Venture out to the volcano in 30 miles.  The ocean is 5 miles 
through 
hawaiin paradise park access.  Swim and surf at Isacc hale beach. 
Waterfalls and tropical botanical gardnes abound in nearby hilo
and the hamakua coast. Travel throughout the island to access the 
21 of the 24 climatic zones on the planet in one island. YOu may be 
skiing and two hours later swimming with the dolphins. Visit Kalanai
Hanua Resort south of us for many activities, dance and yoga and 
celebration.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily and Weekly rates individually determined based on number of 
occupants, peak booking periods, usage of homes for events, or 
groups vs, singles, couples or families. House may be rented by 
individual rooms, the loft, or exlusive use of the Mansion.  Low 
booking rates beginning at $89 a room per night for 
singles or couples when home is not rented in full. 
Larger rooms or the loft can sleep 4 to 6 occupants priced per 
group.  Whole house and loft combination rental can accomodate up 
16 occupants for special events or families. Catering may be 
available with advance notice. Maid fee based on occupancy and event
usage. Please email or call.  Refundable security deposit based on 
occupancy. Hawaii tax is applicable at 11.5%. Cash discounts 
available at special times of year, please inquire.
