Relax in the warmth of the cabins knotty pine interior . The
cabin offers a comfortable living room , dining room , breakfast bar ,
fully equipped modern kitchen , bedroom , bathroom with tub & shower
and large , open loft area . Beds and futons offer plenty of sleeping
room .

Beautiful 24' screened in front porch with comfortable porch
furniture . Microwave , coffee maker , toaster , DVD / VCR Player , TV
, 2nd TV with play station and assorted video games , board games ,
wood burning stove & ceiling fans.
An outdoor fire pit , fire wood , gas barbecue , lawn chairs ,
(2) 12' Kayaks ,(1) one man pontoon boat , (1) 12' aluminum boat with
trolling motor & battery

Right out the door you can experience kayaking , boating , fishing ,
hiking & mountain biking . Or with a short drive you can visit a local
winery , go antiquing , visit Cooperstown for the Baseball Hall of
Fame or the James Fenimore Cooper museum . The Turning Stone Casino is
39 miles away and offers gaming , shows , concerts and a wide variety
of dining options . Visit nearby Norwich for the Antique Car Museum ,
the Farmers Market or the Chenengo County Fairgrounds where festivals
are held throughout the Summer and Fall. Brookfield State Park ,
located 20 minutes away , offers 130 miles of well marked muti-use
trails for horseback riding , mountain biking and hiking . Rogers

Weekly Rate - $960 per week (6 nights)
Daily Rate - $200 per night (2 night minimum stay)
Pets - With owners permission ($25 per night $100 per week per pet)
Rates do not include State Sales Tax
A 50 % deposit is due within 10 days of the booking date , the balance
and a $250 refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to the
rental date .
Security Deposit : Will be refunded in full in 14 days as long as
there are no damages or other costs incurred
Cancellation Policy : There will be no refund if cancelled less than
30 days prior to the rental date . A full refund will be issued if
cancelled more than 30 days prior to rental date only if the cabin
is re rented for the same dates.
