We rent only by the week from June 25th through Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday.  Completely redecorated ranch style 3BR, 2 1/2 Bath home in the "Woodlands" located on Trevino 18 green. 1600 square feet, open floor plan entertains great. Swim/Racket club a short 5 block walk away..featuring adult, family and kiddie pools open through Labor Day with  a 50's diner onsite, great for kids. Free pool passes are included with summer rentals. Just 8 minutes from historic Lake Geneva, Delavan or Williams Bay. All have public beaches.....Fontana is 10-12 minutes away.
The living area features an inviting family room with fireplace and open dining and kitchen area. A beautiful 50" Plasma TV and great sound system....and WIRELESS INTERNET!
A 20' deck overlooks #18 green and wetlands and features a Weber natural gas grill and patio set that seats 8 comfortably. Master suite features queen and full bath; 2nd BR
features queen; and 3rd BR features two full size beds..sleeping 6 comfortably.
House includes many books, games, DVD's and a well-stocked
kitchen..for a family vacation, romantic getaway, golf week, girls weekend away or business meeting.
Parking for up to 3 cars only.

Wireless Internet, fireplace, gas grill, phone, a/c, cable Plasma tv/dvd, fully stocked kitchen, all appliances, linens, towels, beach towels, curling irons, blow dryers etc. washer/dryer.

Peak Season (July thru Labor Day) $1450 weekly rentals only-Saturday to Saturday and $125.00 cleaning fee. FREE pool passes in summer! We require a refundable $200.00 security deposit on all rentals.
