Vacation Rental Description

True, rustic 54 yr old log cabin nestled on 1 acre treed lot in Lakeside Summer Homes. Remodeled in 
2000, offering 1800 square feet. The 2 bedrooms + Loft, 2 full baths and dining room were added 
featuring hardwood floors/slate. Loft is 3rd bedroom and 1/2 half bath in full sized laundry room. 
Each bedroom has a king sized bed, queen bed plus 2 twins in loft. Everything is provided and 
included for your comfort from sheets, full kitchen, use of washer/dryer, towels, blankets, etc.  
Just bring your toothbrush and feel right at home. One of the few cabins with real log walls / 
vaulted ceilings, real hardwood and slate floors. Master suite boasts slate dual headed walk in 
shower, wall fountain. Ceiling fan and TVs in bedrooms. Huge wood burning fireplace, 3 skylights, 
comfortable and luxurious furniture and decor. Cabin newly redecorated in 2007. This is our 2nd home 
which we prefer to rent to a select group who wish to cherish it as if were their own.  We hope you 
enjoy the "Hidden Forest Hideaway" as much as we do, not an ordinary rental. The pictures don't do 
it as much justice as being there...You will love it here!

Vacation Rental Amenities

60" HD TV with over 300 DVD movies, cable, free wireless high speed internet, trunk full of 25+ 
board games, old records / record player, XBox with over 50 games and bean bag chairs. Two 
leather reclining sofas, Library with 50+ books, writing desk.

Some toiletries and condiments included for your convenience because it is our 2nd home too.

Cozy dining room with coffee bar station (espresso machine), blender, toaster. Dining room table 
seats 6-8. Fully loaded kitchen with all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots etc included plus the fun 
stuff like waffle maker, crock pot, George Forman grill, outdoor grill, fondue pot, baking needs, 
etc.

Activities and Attractions

Movie theatre / arcade walking distance. Hon Dah Casino.  Go-cart race track, miniature golf, 
bowling. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, rock climbing, basketball, fitness center/gym, 
bird and wildllife watching, antique shopping. Skiing, sledding, snowmobiling at Sunrise Ski Resort 
appx. 30 minutes away. Board games, video games, movies at home, listening to old records, 
relaxation... whatever inspires you!

Fine and casual dining of all tastes (Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Teppanyaki/Sushi, Seafood, 
Steakhouses, Fast food & more) in comfortable, homey settings.

Safeway grocery store only 1 mile away.  

Pharmacy close by and hospital...all the conveniences of a big city but in a home town.

Vacation Rental Rates

$250 per night with 2 night minimum
Call for SUMMER SPECIAL if you are staying 3+ nights
$1600 per week or $5500 per month
One time $90 cleaning fee for professional home cleaning crew to provide the freshest arrival for 
you (all fresh linens, blankets, towels etc included). Full sized washer/dryer for your use. 

Deposit required to hold reservation and is non-refundable if canceled 14 days or less prior to 
arrival unless the cabin is rebooked. Full payment due 10 days prior to occupancy. Refundable 
deposit for damage will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
