Harrison's -Cozy, Clean and Comfortable on the Bay in Treasure Island

Our guest house On The Bay offers simplicity but comfortable and
relaxing Furnishings. Duplex-2 apartments, owner on one side. The guest unit has been
totally remodeled and updated with furnishings. You will find
comfort in this 2 bedroom, one bath unit at ground level with no stairs and
private drive with no parking issues. There is a large open living
room with tv-dvd/vcr. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all new
appliances has glass doors that open onto the bright and airy
Florida Room with dining table, chairs and a couch. The Florida room looks
onto your private garden/patio where you can read, relax, cook out,
eat 'Al Fresco' or just enjoy the bay breeze, fish, or watch the
birds and boats go by. The front porch will afford you views of the
setting sun, if you are just too relaxed to walk the few steps to
the beach.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and tv.
2nd bedroom is a full size bed and looks onto the patio and bay.

The guest apt is colorfully and comfortably decorated. Ceramic tile
throughout, ceiling fans in every room will allow you to enjoy open
windows and feel the bay and gulf breezes (central A/C also.) There
is a gas grill and table on your own private patio overlooking the
bay, beach chairs, towels, and bikes on the porch for
your pleasure. No stairs to climb, no parking problems and no noisy
tenants in the nearby guest rooms.

WiFi now available. TV is on Cable, no phone in unit.

The only thing you need to bring is your quest for relaxation, a few
togs and a little bit to nibble on -Oh don't forget your
toothbrush. Linens are provided, as well as, fully equipped kitchen for those
who like to cook. There is a washer on the Florida room but drying
is 'Southern Style' in the breeze and sunshine (or there are
laundromats nearby.) Linens will be laundered weekly by the owner.

The guest house is just about in the middle of our big 3 mile
island. A short walk North to John's Pass provides you with restaurants,
shopping viewing Boca Ciega Bay from the boardwark or for a gulf
cruise, boat or jet ski rental. A short distance South will get you
to 'Downtown' Treasure Island, a grocery store, Walgreens, the
Community Center, Community Park, more shops, restaurants, the BEST
Homemade Ice Cream and Pizza shop anywhere around. From Feb to May
our very own Saturday Market. Sunset Beach, St. Pete Beach and Corey
Avenue are just minutes south. Downtown St. Pete is a must on
Saturdays, if you like to browse antique and junkue shops or catch a
bite on the sidewalk. We are convenient to St. Pete/Clearwater and
Tampa International airports, Bush Gardens, MOSI, museums and other
attractions. About 1 1/2 hour from the Orlando area. Lots of
potential for day trips to explore many different Florida Trends.

2011 Sept to Nov 30th Fall Special-$65.00 per night plus tax for full week (2 persons). $75.00 per night plus tax for less than 1 week (3 night minimum, rate for 2 persons.)

2011 Rates:

Dec-May 2011:$695 per full week, includes taxes, quoted for 2 adutls

June-Nov 2011: $595 per full week, includes taxes, quoted for 2 adults.

One time cleaning fee $75.00 for weekly or monthly rentals.

I will match any advertized TI Motel price for similar lodging. 
3 night minimum (Any nights less than 1 week will be $90.00 per night plus extra person charge, does not include cleaning fee or taxes.)

Rates quoted are for 2 persons and include 12% state and local taxes
$10.00 per day extra per person, no charge for up to 2 children under 18. Maximum
persons allowed per rental is 6.
Deposit of $100.00 required to confirm dates. No reservation will be
confirmed until receipt of deposit. Weekly rental deposit of 1/2
total due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
For Montly rental 1/2 of total monthly rental amount due 90 days prior to arrival. Weekly rental-

payment + $75.00 cleaning fee for entire stay due at check-in. Monthly rental-
1st month balance +$75.00 (one-time)cleaning fee due at check-in,
subsequent months rental amount is due by the 20th of current month. Small pets
may be considered, Please Inquire before bringing your pet.
Pet Deposit of $100.00 is non-refundable.
All payments must be made in the form of cash, universal money order
or cashiers check. Credit cards are not currently accepted.

Cancellations: Deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation is
made 45 or more days before check-in date. Cancellations made 30-44 days
will forfeit 50% of deposit, cancellation made less than 15 days
will forfeit total deposit. $100.00 confirmation deposit will be returned
at check-out if there has been no willfull damage to the unit on the part of the
rentor.
