Guests enter Sue’s Serenity through the foyer that overlooks the upper loft hallway and open floor plan of the lower level living room, dining area and kitchen. Upstairs off the balcony hallway there are two spacious bedrooms (one queen size bed and the other with a queen bed and an additional full/twin bunk set) and one hall bath (full size with shower tub). The lower level is designed with a spacious floor plan that includes a lakefront living room with a beautiful fireplace, dining area, and open kitchen. Just off the living room is the spacious master bedroom and hall bath (full size with a shower tub) with a separate door access to the master bedroom. Each bedroom has access to the deck for lakefront viewing and fresh air. This home even has a laundry room that is tucked behind the kitchen and dining area. This home is an ideal vacationing retreat! Come and enjoy all its offerings!

Guests will have access to several wonderful exterior features of this property. Enjoy relaxing on any of the 3 private decks. Everyone will enjoy the spacious wrap around lake front deck, for reading, relaxing, or putting together a waterscape puzzle. Enjoy the great patio set and cook out on the gas grill. Once you step out on the large dock, you may never want to return to the house. This property’s beautiful dock is positioned perfectly around great swimming areas for the kids and the dock even has walk in steps for easy access to the water!

The neighborhood is filled with area wildlife (especially several variety of birds). Fishing is ideal from the dock and seawall and the private boat slip can be rented for $10 per day.

This 1,900 sq. ft. vacation rental is available year around. The desirable features include central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, DVD, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels, and an iron. The open floor plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Other inclusions are weekly trash service, open parking, and access to laundry room from the kitchen area.

Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basis appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

This beautiful property is just 25-30 minutes away from all the Action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of the Lake's attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music, etc.

Nightly Rental Rates:

Off-Season (labor Day - April)................$155/night.
In-Season (May - June)........................$288.30/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)................$310/night.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%, 7 nights 20%!

Rates are based on a 9 person occupancy. Additional guests charged $25 per night.

On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day. Babycribs are available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning fee - $110 and Processing Fee $30.  2 Hour Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.

This property has a $300 refundable damage deposit.
