Everglade House, a luxury 4 bedroom with 'Free' Golf in Rotonda

This luxury home has been lovely created by its owners and they are happy to share their home with
guests. The house has two master suites which both have direct access to the pool. Bedrooms 3 and
4 share a third bathroom which is also accessed from the lanai.
The living area is spacious with a formal living/dining room and a family room with an entertainment
centre providing a 32" TV, DVD/VCR, books, videos and games.
The exceptionally well equipped kitchen is bursting with equipment which will delight those who
prefer to eat at home. Good quality linens and plenty of them are provided for the use of guests.
There is high speed wireless internet available at this home as well as a BBQ and 2 bikes and of
course, the Golf Scoop offer for golfers.

The local area offers a great deal for the more active visitors. 6 golf courses are already
available within Rotonda with a total of 108 holes. Rotonda will offer 18 different holes of golf
for every day of the week.
Everglade House offers the 'Golf Scoop' promotion offering 2 named guests unlimited 'free' golf on 4
of the Rotonda courses. There is a $50 admin fee. In low season, the golf is free, you just pay
for a golf kart if required and in high season, there is a charge of $50 per person for each period
of 7 days. Please ask for full details.
Fishing is renowned in this area and we can offer fishing guides and boat hire details to anglers
who stay with us. Wide beaches are never crowded and some offer the small fossiled sharks teeth
which children of all ages enjoy collecting.

There are 2 bicycles available at the house for the use of guests and there is a bike trail which
takes you right down to the island. There are tennis courts available for hire within Rotonda.
Restaurants are plentiful and our home has an in-house guide full of ideas of where to eat and what
to do if you want to get 'out and about'.
You can hire jet ski's locally and explore the intercoastal waterway or even a boat and enjoy a day
out on the water and a lunchtime visit to one of the restaurants that can only be reached by boat.

There is a $120 charge which contributes towards the cost of the standard final clean and BBQ usage. The refundable security deposit is $250.00

Rates include tax as long as the booking is for 7 nights or more. Special rates apply for parties of up to 6 people and where only a maximum of 3 bedrooms are used. Please ask for details. We provide cribs, highchairs and children's life vests free of charge subject to availability. We also offer a baby sitting service and your groceries can be purchased prior to your arrival and put away in your home.
