living room, and dining area. The home and the private property
provide spectacular views of the lake's main channel.
With just a few steps up from the parking area, this beautiful Tuscan
lake retreat has all of its appealing featured on one level. The open
floor plans hosts a large living room with ceiling fans, an open
kitchen with pantry access, and fantastic dining area for four. The
two bedrooms (queen & full) are decorated perfectly for any special
lake retreat. The living room even boasts extra sleeping for two with
its beautiful trundle bed. With it's easy access lake location, this
property is ideal for couples looking for a quiet get-a-way and is
perfect for accommodating overflow guests from other neighboring
properties. Either way this home is truly a special lake retreat.
There is much to do here. Spend time relaxing the day away in the
sun, or just curl up to a good book on either of the two private
decks. Guests are also permitted to also enjoy the owner's extensive
cantilevered deck that projects out over the bluff and takes in a
panoramic view of the lake. Spend time on the deck enjoying each of
passing boats or pass the evening away grilling on the charcoal Weber
grill and watching the night lights and evening stars. Water access is
not available at this property unless the owners are available to
operate the tram down to the waters edge for fishing and swimming.

The 1,100 square foot vacation rental is available year around and
features central heating/air, local channel TV, DVD, ceiling fans, all
bedding, dish towels and iron. The kitchen is fully furnished and
includes a drawer dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator.
This property is not lakefront but guests have access to a covered
boat slip (28’ or 24’) at the nearby Millstone Marina at $15.00 per day.
Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware,
flatware, glasses, grills, and basis appliances. Sofa sleepers are
recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We
are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter
packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products
(toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for
starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal
toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

This wonderful lakeview property is 25-30 minutes away from all the
action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and
Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to
take in any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme
parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music
shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%, 7 nights 20%!

Rates are based on an 6 person occupancy. No additional overnight
guests permitted in this home.

Off site boat slip rental at nearby Marina.  Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning Fee - $90 and Processing Fee $30.  2 Hour Early Arrival/Late Departure fee - $75.

This property has a $400 refundable damage deposit.
