This vacation home has grayed cedar shingles with blue shutters and
lovely, comfortable rooms. ALSO JUST ADDED: High speed Internet
and free long distance calling!! Because we hope to retire there
and rent only by the golden rule, our tenants feel welcomed as
guests. The living room has 2 overstuffed new love seats and is
heaven to crash in. The sunroom's couches invite a good doze in
front of the tv/dvd player. The master bedroom and bath, which have
touches of Tuscany, have a sun-filled "secret" cove behind them for
hiding out and reading. Just open the window there; you'll hear the
waterfall out back. 5 koi are in the pond, with a bench and chairs
for sipping coffee in the morning or wine at night as you watch the
fish. Guests return often--as we hope you will too. Note: Master
bedroom looks very small in picture. It's not!

Summer is now completely booked. One week in
September--September 22-29-- is still available for $950 a week.
After that, we will not be renting until June 2008. We
rent through Prugallo realtors which is a wonderful real
estate agency that is very responsive to our guests. Summer and
other weekly rentals cited above include all utilities and taxes. We
also have off-street parking for two cars, so there are no extra
fees there either. (Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis only--
with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for one dog; $200 for two
dogs, which is our limit). No cats please; I have severe allergies.)
