Vacation Rental Description

Adorable townhouse located on a Cul-de sac, adjacent to Maddox Blvd. 
End of Group with a large backyard. Fully stocked and furnished - a 
great family get-away!   
Newly painted April 2007 with updated decor and furniture.   
 
A very short walk to restaurants, shopping , minigolf and go-carts. 
Approximately 3/4 mile to the bridge to Assateague Wildlife Refuge. 
In the Refuge is where you will find the wild ponies.  This is a 
hiking, biking, birdwatching and fishing haven!   
The Beach is located on the Refuge and there is a lifegard in  
attendance. 
 
One small dog - under 20 lbs - allowed 
 
Chincoteague is a low-key, charming town which will take you back to  
a much simpler time.  There is none of the frantic pace, noise and 
traffic of other seaside resorts. This is a vacation where you 
can reconnect with your family and truly relax! 
 
This is a non-smoking, family oriented rental in a quiet residential 
community.
