getaway vacation in San Diego. Wake up to the soothing

the variety of marine life at the tide pools nearby; take long
romantic walks along the stunning coastline; watch the whales
migrate south down the coast to Mexico; and spend evenings watching
spectacular sunsets as the sun disappears into the Pacific Ocean.

Front Beachhouse" can be rented as a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for
4 to 5 people.

ironing board, and alarm clock.

Large patio: features include a brick patio with barbecue and patio
furniture overlooking the ocean and the Ocean Beach Pier.

On all rentals there is a $500 refundable security/damage deposit
due at the time of booking.
On all rates there is a 10.5% city tax and cleaning fee of $100.

To reserve the "Ocean Front Beachhouse", 50% of the payment is
due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to
your stay. We accept Mastercard, Visa and personal or cashier's
checks only.

Cancellation/Refunds:

If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your planned arrival
date), we will refund your reservation deposit in full. If you
cancel after that date, we will refund the tax, cleaning fee, and
damage deposit. But we reserve the right to keep the rental amount.
If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that
period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as
appropriate.

Within 30 days after your departure, we will refund the damage
deposit, less any amount required to cover repairs for damages
(other than normal wear and tear) that occur during your visit.
