Vacation Rental Description

Our Moon Bay Condominium unit # B403, fourth floor, is located 
directly on the scenic Florida Bay, Blackwater Sound, with a direct 
waterfront view,as shown in photo  below. The interior of our unit 
is very comfortable with every convenience of home. All our linens 
are new and there are plenty of them.  Our kitchen is fully equipped 
with every appliance you will need. Our walls are tastefully 
decorated with nautical memorabilia that will surely make you feel 
you are in an island get away.  We live only a short distance away 
and strive to keep our unit immaculate at all times. We’re always 
making small improvements whenever we can. 

We're surrounded by the best diving facilities in the Florida Keys. 
Quick access to the most beautiful reefs in the Continental U.S.A. 
Divers from all over the world come here to dive in the warm and 
crystal clear waters of the fabulous Florida Keys coral reefs, 
wrecks, and in the famed underwater Statue of Christ at The John 
Pennekamp State Park, 1 mile down the road, also known as America's 
underwater paradise.  Full service dive operation, Amoray, just next 
door to Moon Bay.

Everglades National Park, Biscayne and Dry Tortugas National Parks 
and Big Cypress National Preserve are all in close vacinity and 
offer unparalled wild life sanctuaries, protecting an incredible 
diversity of mammals, birds, fish and flora.
The waters of Key Largo are teeming with some of the world's most 
sought after gamefish, making it a mecca for sportfishermen from 
around the globe. Hire a guide to take you into the tranquil reaches 
of the backcountry for redfish, snook and trout, for instance. From 
the big gamefish of the deep sea to the elusive tarpon and bonefish 
of the backcountry to the tasty grouper and yellowtail snapper of 
the reef system, Key Largo delivers!

Key Largo has everything from fast food drive-thru restaurants to 
outdoor patios and waterfront fine dining. There are well over 100 
restaurants within ten minutes of Moon Bay. As you might expect, 
there is EXCELLENT fresh seafood here! Several restaurants are 
accessible by boat featuring their own dock for a unique lunch or 
evening out.  The Carribiean Club, with a live band nightly with 
dancing and pool table is within walking distance to our condo!

The Keys have no shortage of souvenir shops along the highway. We 
also have the largest selection of dive shops you have ever seen. 
There is a K-Mart in Key Largo and a Walmart and outlet mall 30 
minutes north in Florida City. Large shopping malls are within a one 
hour drive north. Provisioning can be easily done from a number of 
mini-markets as well as 2 major grocery stores complete with fresh 
fruits and vegetables, deli, bakery, and beer, wine, and liquor 
sales. 

Moon Bay Condominium a gated community with 24 hr security and 
excellent amenities. Heated Swiming Pool and Toddler pool, New 
Marina, Boat Ramp, Clubhouse, and Tennis Courts. Excellent Sunset 
views from Marina and Sun Deck! You’ll enjoy the the lush tropical 
landscaping. The spacious clubhouse includes saunas and kitchen. 
Your Private deeded Boat Slip #11 is included for up to a 30 foot 
vessel, overall length, liability insurance required. 

Our unit is in B building, away from Overseas Highway, closet to the 
heated pool. We have a great view of the pool area as well as the 
bay. Feel free to call our toll free # anytime with further

RECENT COMMENTS:

We just spent a week(Oct 2006)at Sam and Debbie's Moon Bay Condo and 
thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sunsets (which could be viewed from 
the balcony)were incredible. We loved the fact that there was a 
dive/snorkel resort next door as we like to snorkel, so it was a 
short walk to a boat excursion that took us to John Pennekamp Coral 
Reef for some incredible snorkeling/diving. There are plenty of 
restaurants and entertainment close by if desired. We also 
appreciated the peacefulness/quietness of the resort. The condo had 
everything you could possibly need or want including a great 
neighbor who gave us great tips on what was in the area. We would 
definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for an 
affordable, clean and comfortable home away from home!

08/21/06 Positive  This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed 
in, in the Keys. Beautiful view from the screened in balcony. Condo 
is well equiped. Pool is a nice size and well maintained. Nice kiddy 
pool also. Grounds are manicured and beautiful. Would rent this 
property again in the future.

area as most dining was always in patio or kitchen. Washer, Dryer, 2 
Pools ,Charcoal Grills (BBQ) Tennis Courts, (rackets provided).

Booking Deposit 50% down payment.Balance due 30 days from arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Notify 60 days prior to stay $100 fee.
