Bear Trap Dunes! -- like new (3) Bedroom, (2.5) bath townhouse  
located on a quiet cul-de-sac that's literally right across the  
street from the only playground in Bear Trap Dunes.  
 
As you'll see by the tropical colors and themes,  
this house was designed for summer fun! 
 
You'll delight in the open and airy family room featuring a 36 inch  
Toshiba flat screen TV. Eat in or eat out, you decide. Full kitchen  
complete with everything you need including a blender for that  
perfect tropical drink - it must be five o'clock somewhere! 
 
The second floor master bedroom has a queen bed and features island  
colors and decorations as well as Henry Link wicker furniture. 
 
The third bedroom has two twin beds and is specially decorated for  
your little surfer-dudes and dudettes! 
 
One of the best features of our townhouse, when compared to the villas, is the fact that we have a  
garage -- which is perfect for storing bikes, boggie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc rather than  
having to leave it outside and/or have to bring it inside.
