$150 non-refundable cleaning fee for stays of 1 week(5-7 days)
$75 non-refundable cleaning fee for stays of 3 days

$250 refundable deposit to hold reservation that'll go toward fees -
72 hour cancellation required.

Deposit and 1/2 half of rental fees must be received 30 days prior
to occupancy, 2nd half + cleaning deposit due 15 days prior to
arrival date.
