Our Hollywood Beach home is designed especially for families, small 
parties and couples who are looking to enjoy our beautiful Florida 
weather, dining, nightlife, and beaches. 
And, it is also the perfect location for family reunions (small 
gatherings of course), engagement parties and wedding receptions, 
corporate retreats, conventions and corporate relocations.
Unlike most rentals, we live and entertain here so we consider it 
our "dream home" and our goal is to provide a vacation home for 
discerning guests who are looking for something extra special and 
who will love and appreciate it as much as we do.  Every 
accommodation has been carefully and lovingly considered for your 
utmost comfort.  THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME.
Best of all, every major attraction and amenity is right at your 
fingertips and only minutes away by car or on foot.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This delightful 4 bedroom / 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 6-8 and 
features a spacious and bright floor plan with walk-out access from 
the kitchen, dining room, eat-in bar area and family room to the 
large patio area and swimming pool.  
A circular driveway greets you as you approach our home.  As you 
enter our home, you are met with stylish and comfortable 
furnishings, a living room area (with a queen sized sleeper sofa) 
that opens on to a tasteful dining room, a spacious eat-in bar 
and a large family room that is perfect for entertaining, 
conversations and lounging. DirectTV Total Choice Premiere (with 
over 700 channels)is featured throughout. We also offer high speed 
internet service.
The bedrooms are set up in the very private split plan with the 
master suite seperate from the other bedrooms. The 
master suite has a custom made king size bed, 27" TV with DVD, clock 
radio and a newly renovated bathroom with shower.  We provide all 
bed linens and towels.
The 2nd bedroom contains a queen size bed,with 24" TV and 3rd 
bedroom has twin beds with 15" TV with DVD and the 4th bedroom 
features a full size bed with 20" TV.  The 2nd bathroom has a 
shower/tub. 
The bright, well-appointed kitchen with pass through windows for 
serving on the patio / pool area is equipped with all the modern 
cooking and serving conveniences needed for at home dining.  The 
kitchen also contains a small breakfast table that seats four with 
all brand new stainless steel appliances (except for the electric 
stove), the refrigerator has an automatic icemaker/crusher.  
Everything you could possibly need for dining and entertaining are 
available - cookbooks, spices, dishes, glasses, stemware, flatware, 
toaster, microwave, programmable coffeemaker, blender (for all those 
tasty tropical drinks!)
Our dining room comfortably seats four with beautiful French doors 
which open onto our spacious patio area. The dining room adjoins to 
a eat-in bar area which contains four high bar stools, a 3-CD player 
and various board and card games, books, CDs, local 
travel/restaurant info. 
To make your comfort totally complete the family room features two 
large and cushy sofas, a large easy chair and 32" TV with DVD.
Our laundry room features a washer and dryer.  For 
families with young children/babies we also offer a high chair and a 
portable crib.
Our spacious patio area is completely screened with a private fence 
and features a heated pool, gas grill and has seating for six. 
And there are plenty of pool toys!  Our pool area also overlooks a 
beautiful small lake.
A BRINKS monitored security system is available for your safety and 
protection (although unnecessary in this quiet neighborhood).  Your 
personal code will be added upon receipt of your payment.
The house contains ceiling fans in almost every room (and on the 
patio) as well as plenty of windows for those wonderful cross 
breezes.

Activities and Attractions

All three major airports are convenient and easily accessible.  The 
Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport is 10 minutes away and two exits 
off I-95 from our home.  West Palm Beach Airport is 40 minutes away 
and Miami Airport is an hour away.  
For your enjoyment all parks, major beaches, shopping, dining 
and nightlife are minutes away. Downtown Hollywood features some of 
the best dining and shopping around and is only 7 minutes away. 
All amenties are close by and within minutes of your front door - 
there are two Publix grocery stores, two CVS pharmacies, Walgreens, 
Target, Starucks, Fedex Kinkos, major banks with ATMs, two movie 
theaters, cleaners, three post offices, Bath and Bodyworks, Bed, 
Bath and Beyond, Home Depot and many more.
Three major beaches are all within driving distance - Hollywood 
Beach is 15 minutes away, Ft. Lauderdale Beach is 20 minutes away 
and Miami Beach is 30 minutes away.  
TY Park (located at the corner of N. Park Road and Sheridan) is a 5 
minute walk from your front door and is 150 acres surrounded by a 40 
acre lake.  TY Park has a swimming lagoon, water slides, splash 
fountains, picnic areas, bicycle rentals, windsurfing, sailing, 
fishing, boating, paddleboats and canoe rentals, softball, soccer 
and nature trails.  
Our golf courses - Hollywood Beach Country Club and Golf Resort and 
Eco Golf Club are 15 minutes away.  
South Beach watch out!  Downtown Hollywood is making some great 
moves to give South Beach a run for the money! It's top notch 
restaurants, shopping and growing club scene and shopping make it 
one of the upcoming places to watch. 
For those who like to tango with "Lady Luck" the Hard Rock Casino 
and Hotel is 15 minutes away.  The Hard Rock Complex also features 
wonderful restaurants, shopping, music and nightclubs.  
For the serious outlet shoppers -Sawgrass Mills is 25 minutes away 
and features over 100 stores, restaurants and a movie theatre.  
Where the chic and elite meet - cheque out Ft. Lauderdale's Las Olas 
area and the Aventura Mall (located in Aventura) with it's upscale 
boutiques and restaurants that are only 20 minutes away.  For the 
serious nightlife aficianados - the very, very HOTT South Beach with 
all of it's great nightclubs, dining and shopping is 40 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are as follows:
May 1st - November 18 - from $1350.00 per week (US)
November 18th  - April 30th - from $1950 per week (US)
All extended stays, i.e. multiple weeks or months receive DISCOUNTS 
depending on length of stay and season - please inquire.
Refundable security deposit and departure cleaning fee are required.
Departure cleaning fee covers house cleaning, linens, towels and 
carpets, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, patio. 
Florida sales tax is required.
50% deposit of the total rental is due upon reservation and the 
balance is due in full 30 days prior to rental.  All reservations 
subject to a cancellation fee depending upon the length of 
reservation.  Four days or four day weekend: $150.  Weekly: $300.  
Monthly: $500.  For reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior 
to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not 
rented for the reserved period.  If the home is re-rented, all money 
will be refunded less the cancellation fee.  In case of death or 
other extraordinary 
circumstance, proof of such will be required and all money will be 
returned less the cancellation fee.
We accept credit cards, debit cards (Master Card, Visa, American 
Express Discover, debit cards), personal cheques.
Children under 12 years of age are permitted, however our home is 
not child/baby proofed nor is our pool fenced. As a family 
ourselves, we know there are children who have been around water 
most of their lives, but we cannot assume any responsibility for 
accidents so contact us to discuss exceptions.  
All guests (excluding children) must be least 25 years or older and 
a copy of a valid driver's license must be included with the 
reservation deposit.  All international guests must submit a valid 
and current passport.  Failure to adhere to these rules will result 
in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Daily or domestic services can be provided at an additional charge 
if required.
