TV with VCR, full bath with shower, large walk in closet.  The Guest  
bedroom has 2 twin sized beds with an adjacent full bath with  
tub/shower. 
 
The kitchen has a microwave, lrg refrigerator with icemaker & water  
on the door, disposal, dishwasher.  Fully equiped kitchen-+ extras - 
George Foreman broiler, 2 counter stools.  
  
The formal dining room is steps away.  The breakfast room overlooks  
38 Acre Lake & 18th tee on the Sabal course. 
 
The Living Room is furnished with Queen sized sleeper-sofa, and love  
seat, with an entertainment center with TV, VCR, DVD and stereo  
radio.   
There's a patio set on the lanai.  A large storage room just outside.
