Enjoy Casual Island Style Living… 

Alihi Island Rental Unit #201 is located on Alii Drive in an ocean 
front complex & within walking distance to Kailua-Kona town and 
sandy beaches. This one bedroom condo has been tastefully remodeled 
featuring a local style ambiance and granite counters too!! This is 
a luxurious condo that allows you to relax and unwind from your busy 
lifestyle. 

Enjoy this fully furnished home as if it were your own. The kitchen 
is fully loaded with everything you need to cook a fabulous gourmet 
meal. Items would include pots, pans, eating utensils, cooking 
utensils, ceramic bowls, plates, cups, wine glasses, coffee maker, 
toaster, etc... We also provide bedroom and bathroom linens, iron 
and ironing board, alarm clock, and laundry detergent.

The BBQ is a shared facility located adjacent to the pool and has a 
breathtaking view of the ocean. A romantic way to wine and dine, and 
experience the magical allurement of a Hawaiian Sunset.

The nearest beach is White Sand Beach Park, also known as Magic 
Sands, which is approximately a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. 
Just past White Sand Beach you will find Kahalu'u Beach Park. This 
is an excellent and the most recommended beach for snorkeling due to 
its clear underwater visibility. You will be able to see our 
abundance of colorful reef fish and even sometimes sea turtles. This 
is also a popular surfing spot for all levels from beginners to 
advanced.

accomodations during your stay.
