(completely unobstructed view). There's only 7 beachfront houses &
no other buildings for many miles. Our view has been compared to be
"like looking at the ocean & beach in 1950's before it was built-up &
spoiled everywhere else."

This resort is situated beside Tops'l Hill Nature Preserve, & is on
National Historic Registry spot (next to our bldg) where USA military
tested captured German V2 buzz-bomb rockets there in 1944. Several
observation bunkers & launch ramps remain on those grounds.
