5 bedrooms (4 with lake views), 4 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms,
2 dining rooms and 2 gas fireplaces. 3 bedrooms are king sized beds,
1 is queen, 1 can be either king or two twins. A private covered swim
dock and boat slip are included, with swim slide, tables/chairs and
even music! The master bedroom is 800 sq. feet with a sunken jacuzzi
tub in the private bathroom. The Gathering Room is a wonderful place
for meetings, whether business, Church, family or whatever, seating
35, with floor to ceiling windows and panoramic lakeviews. The Rock
walls, knotty pine,comfortable and tasteful furnishings provide the
ambiance you are looking for. Located in Sunrise Beach 11 miles from
the Community Toll Bridge, 2 miles from Hwy 5 at the 8 MM, Twin
Islands Retreat is in a protected cove with a main channel view, 4
minutes by water to the famous Horney Toad Complex! Outside, you can
walk down the concrete and stone steps to the 350 plus feet of
waterfront and fish or swim off your private covered swim dock.
Surrounded by flower gardens and fountains, Twin Islands Retreat will
be the place you and your group will want to return to again and
again. Every season has its magic at the Twin Islands Retreat! Year
after year..your homeaway from home.

Twin Islands Retreat is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils,
dishes, pots/pans, microwaves, toasters, coffee pots, blenders,
dishwasher, all linens and towels, except beach towels, life
jackets, tp, paper towels, garbage bags, noodles for swimming, cable
tvs, vcrs/dvds, hand soap, bath soap and even shampoo! It has central
air and heat, controlled separately on both levels. Highspeed
internet access is also available, as is a separate gameroom and
enclosed hot tub building just steps away from the house. The game
room has a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and more.

Enjoy fishing, swimming, the swim slide, listening to music or just
hanging out on the swim dock; boating, tubing, playing volleyball,
tossing basketballs into the hoop, horseshoeing, or just
sunbathing. In the evening, use the firepit, gameroom or just star
gaze in the night sky. In the town of Laurie, 10 minutes away; enjoy
golf, movie theatres, shopping & restaurants. Or, boat or jet ski on
over to the Horney Toad, Bijou Bill's, and other restaurants/lounges
on the lake.
