Policies:
Due at time of reservation: $500 security deposit.
Due within 30 days of reservation - 50% of rent-
certified bank check, money order or cash only
After having received the signed lease, we will hold your reservation for ten business days only, pending the receipt of your deposit. Once received a confirmation will be forwarded to you. We accept cash, bank or certified check and money order.
The remaining balance (50%) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: Asking $500.00 for weekly stays and a $1500 deposit
for a month's stay (negotiable). The security deposit will be
promptly returned within 21 days.
The lease will only be in one person's name. All family members will
need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept "sharing."
The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.
Check-in time is 3:30pm on Sunday
