adventurous, trains to NYC or Boston with free parking at the
Clinton train station.
Swimming, boating, fishing on the front seawall for bluefish,
stripers and flat fish, fishing boat excursions, sunset and sunrise
strolls along salt marshes, sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing,
biking, fine dining, theaters, cinemas, shopping, and
gambling.

Weekly Rates for June '10: $900
Weekly rates during July and August of 2010: $1150

Fourth of July week: $1250; Labor Day Week - $1250
Monthly rate (4 Weeks): June: $3000 (not Available presently); July: $5500

Policies:
Due within 10 days of reservation - 50% of rent + $500 Security Deposit. Payment method - personal check, certified bank check or money order.
Once the signed lease and initial monies due are received,  a confirmation will be forwarded to you. 
The remaining balance (50%) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: Asking $500.00 for weekly stays and a $1500 deposit
for a month's stay (negotiable). The security deposit will be
promptly returned within 21 days, if no damage results.
The lease will only be in one person's name. All family members will
need to be listed. Please note that we do not accept "sharing."
The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.
Check-in time is 3:30pm on Sunday
