Comfortable Studio Steps to Ke Iki Beach in Sunset Beach

The studio has a TV with cable, internet connection, air conditioner, a full kitchen with an oven
and stove, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, plates, pans, and other
eating utensils. It is quaint, comfortable, and decorated in a Hawaiian motif. The queen size bed
comfortably sleeps two. The bathroom has a shower, a large vanity, and a stack washer and dryer for
your convenience. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, blow dryer, and iron are also provided.

**Private parking for one car is directly in front of the studio. Also, there is a patio.

The studio is located steps away from one of Hawaii's largest and
most picturesque beaches, where movies have been filmed. The sand is
deep and expansive. The ocean boasts of impressive wave heights
reaching 20-50 feet in the winter. Ke Iki Beach attracts experienced
bodysurfers, body-boarders, sunbathers, beach joggers and puka shell
hunters. Ke Iki is located between Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach, and
is within walking distance of Foodland Supermarket and Starbucks.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants in Haleiwa Town. The Bus
stop and bike path are near the studio and it is less than an hour
drive to Honolulu, 10 minutes to Haleiwa Town, and only 5 minutes to
Turtle Bay Hilton's Golf Course, Tennis Courts and restaurants.

For your intrest and enjoyment, the North Shore provides surfing,
swimming, snorkeling, diving, jet skiing, fishing, hiking, biking,
windsurfing, kayaking, golfing, horseback riding, turtle and whale
watching, glider rides, tennis, and of course, shopping.

April-Sept....$100/night, plus Hawaii Rental Tax of 11.92%

Oct-March.... $125/night, plus Hawaii Rental Tax of 11.92%



**Three Day Minimum stay**

$250 Refundable Security Deposit (damage and lost keys) is due upon
signing the rental agreement.

$100 cleaning fee (2 weeks or under) $125 (more than 2 weeks).

50% non-refundable deposit, due upon confirmation, 50% due 60 days
prior to check-in.
