Reservations and Payment Schedule:  $500.00 Security Deposit is due  
to block your desired time.   
Remaining Rental balance plus the 7% Florida tax (of total rent)  
will be due 30 days prior to the day of your check in.  Please add  
7% Florida State tax to all rates.  
A $150.00 cleaning fee will be deducted form your security deposit  
after check out.  Renter forfeits $500.00 Security Deposit if  
cancellation 30 days prior to the day of your check in.  Renter  
forfeits all funds received if cancellation within 30 days prior to  
day of check in.  Deposit will be returned (minus $150.00 cleaning  
fee) within 45 days after check out barring any property damage.   
Holiday rates will apply for July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas and  
New Years weeks. Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is  
10:00am.  Refunds will be honored for same days corresponding with  
official Walton County Evacuation days for inclement weather.
