Lake Conroe - Waterfront Condo at Walden in Lake Conroe

This ground level waterfront condo is located at The Lodge at Walden. This beautiful fully furnished one bedroom/one bath sleeps two and has a fabulous view of the marina, lake, and cove.  This condo is also the Owner's weekend getaway, so it is very clean and well maintained.

*Recently upgraded with new furniture, two flat screen TV's, and porcelain tile throughout!

The condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a sectional in the living room. Also in the living room is a flat screen TV, DVD/Stereo, cable TV, and wireless internet.  There is another flat screen TV in the master bedroom.  The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two barstools and there is a small dining table just outside of the kitchen.

The condo is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, iron, all kitchen utensils, hair dryer, alarm clock, and a gas grill. You will also be provided with linens, pillows, bath and beach towels.

For boat owners, the complex has a private boat dock that can be used for up to 48 hours (the boat dock is also a great place for fishing). The complex has a very nice private pool, located just 40 ft from the back door of the condo. (Photos of the lake/cove were taken from the patio.)

You will have access to Walden Yacht Club featuring gourmet dining overlooking the lake, poolside service, and a great Sunday Brunch! The Yacht Club's competition size pool, playground, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Walden Racquet Club’s tennis courts and weight room are just a short drive from the condo. A paved "hike-and-bike" trail runs throughout Walden.

Outside of the Walden area, there are plenty of golf courses and antique shops nearby.
