This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home is located in the
village of Walloon lake, MI. know by the locals as the foot. Nestled 100 yards off beautiful
Walloon lake, where the sunrise and sunsets are some of the most
adored in all of northern michigan. The house allows you to get
away from the busy everyday life and enjoy warm summer days and cool
nights in the small friendly village of Walloon Lake.
The house offers public lake and dock access less than a minute walk away
where you can enjoy the water and nice Caribbean like sandy beach.
A full front porch, large spacious back patio and nicely landscape yard
offers many family/friend gathering opportunities. The front and back yards offer plenty of
shade as well as a good bit of sunshine.
Within 10 minutes of local historic towns Petoskey, Boyne City,
Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor and Charlevoix where you can shop, dine
and enjoy many summer entertainment opportunities. A local
village general store is a walk away for all your grocery needs.

Rent is $200 per night $800 per week and $3,200 per month. A secuirty deposit of $250 is due
a.s.a.p to confirm your reservation, i.e. 1 Week rented equals $250 deposit, 2 Weeks rented
$500 deposit. For all monthly rentals a security deposit of $1,500 is due a.s.a.p to confirm your
reservation. Your deposit will be put towards your rent, with the final amount due two weeks prior
to check in. If you rent inside 14 days of your check-in time all money is due at check in.
Long rental periods i.e. mulitple weeks/months are subject to rental discounts. These terms and
conditions are flexible.
Check in time is Saturday 4:00pm
Check out time is Saturday 10:00am
All check in and out times/days can be changed based on your rental
period. I will accomodate your specific rental time/period to the
best of my ability.
In the event of a cancellation your deposit is forfeited unless
rental is rebooked or an alternate renter is found.
