Amberjack Landing in Miramar Beach

Amberjack Landing, finished in July 2002, is on Miramar Beach near
Destin and Seaside. It's part of Gulfside Cottages, a new cul-de-sac
community overflowing with charm and character. This quaint
neighborhood has sidewalks and quiet streets where kids can bike
safely. Our Non-Smoking home is located just next to the pool so
parents can watch the kids swim in the comfort of air conditioning.

Just "One Cold Drink from the Beach" - Florida’s Emerald Coast and
one of the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches - and within easy walking
distance to Silver Sands Mall (Florida's largest outlet mall)(about
a 3 minute walk to each). You'll also find two grocery stores,
restaurants, drug stores, banks, and other major conveniences easily
accessible without having to get on Highway 98.

Decorated for fun and comfort in bright colors and a variety of
fabrics. The main living area is on the second floor to take
advantage of the Gulf views. The third floor tower is the perfect
place for kids (our nephews say it's the best room in the house) and
has great views plus a wet bar. There's a DVD/VCR, 35-inch TV and
music system on the main floor and 25-inch TV and DVD/VCR in the
tower. All bedrooms have TVs.

There's a ice maker in the tower to fill the coolers for happy hours
on the beach. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and 30-inch TVs. The
third bedroom has twin beds and a flat screen TV. The couches in the
main room and tower make into queen-size sleepers. The Master Suite
has plenty of room for a crib or blow up mattresses. Air
conditioning units on two floors and ceiling fans in every room keep
the house really cool.
