CLEAN 3 BR **Close to Beach in Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach

    This is a family oriented community! NO PETS or SMOKING
We have a large deck and it overlooks a small pond where your kids can 
 fish or just watch the swans.
We are a short walk to the beach, pools or tennis
courts or maybe you prefer to drive to the beach and park in our
private beach parking.             We have 3 bedrooms which
offers two queen size beds and a twin w/trundle that pulls out plus
a sleep sofa. We have a Sunroom to relax too.

Our home offers air conditioning, 3 TV's, Radio/Alarm Clocks, DVD
Player, Games, Kitchen island plus bar w/four stools, table
that seats 6, phones, cookware, utensils, dishes, full size washer
and dryer, outdoor shower,coffee pot, iron and ironing board, can
opener, toaster everything you need but you must bring your own
food, sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. Our home has a carport for
2 cars and space in front for 1 other car.

Our beachside community is a family oriented gated resort with 24
hour security. After 11pm there is a noise ordnance.    You will
enjoy 2 swimming pools, kiddie pools, a
tennis court which is lighted for evening play as well as a
volleyball court with a sand base, biking, fishing, water parks, and
golf. Surfside Beach is close to a huge water park, Crabby Mike's
restrauant and Legends musical entertainment.If you're looking for
a family oriented area Oceanside Village is the perfect location.

Please NOTE our rental is Saturday  to Saturday  at $1000 per week.

    May 1st thru Labor Day - $1000  Sat. to Sat. only-** after Labor Day Week thru Nov lst - $800/week --Daily Rate starting Oct lst  -    $175 per night min. of 3 nights Maximum of 4-6 people ---Monthly rental at $1200 per month for November thru March. Application can be faxed or mailed   $200 deposit required with application.    Please email to see if dates are available.     If you see a week open but the two Saturdays booked it only means the morning  hours thru checkout or late afternoon hours for checkin are taken. The remaining portion of that day is open and available
