Vacation Rental Description

Looking for a great time, a view of serenity, and some R & R....  
You've come to the right place!  Lake Winnipesaukee is New England's 
largest lake. Our condo is great for ski lovers in the winter. 

Come and enjoy our spacious and incredibly clean townhouse which is 
minutes from the Weirs. Fully applianced and sleeps 8 comfortably.  
The master bedroom sleeps 2 and has a TV, A/C, and a master bath, as 
well as, an incredible view through the picture window. Second 
bedroom sleeps 4 with a set of bunk beds & a full size bed. Living 
room with A/C and a queen sleep sofa; sleeps 2.  Half bath off the 
living room.  

Need a breath of fresh air?  Go relax on the deck that has a patio 
set for outside enjoyment and watch the beautiful sunsets that 
overlook the lake.  

You are minutes away from lots of area attractions (see activities), 
such as Weirs Beach and boulevard and the famous Naswa Beach Bar 
with live bands and entertainment.

Leaf peepers, there is nothing like seeing New Hampshire with 
all the bright beautiful colors no matter which way you turn.  

For all you ski lovers, Gunstock Ski Area is a 7-10 minute ride and 
offers day and night skiing and snow tubing.


Available weekly in the summer,long weekends or short term in 
Spring, Fall, and Winter.

Peak Season:
Spring thru Summer:  May 28 thru September 5, 2006 --$1100
            Laconia Bike Week: June 10-18th, 2006 -- $2200

Off Peak Season:
Fall thru Spring: September 6, 2005 thru May 27, 2006--$800/week

Long Weekends (upon availability/Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon, even mid week)--
$400


The following weeks are priced accordingly:

Motorcycle Week (June 10-18, 2006)--$2500

July 4th Week (July 2-9th, 2006)--$1200

Labor Day Week (Aug 27-Sept 4, 2006)-----$1100

Peak Foilage (Mid Sept thru 2nd week of October) ----$200/night or 
$800/week (minimum 2 nights)
