Vacation Rental Description

This beautifully decorated and furnished beach home sits on a corner  
lot only 150 ft to the ocean, direct access and view.  
 
There are 4 bedrooms (3 queens, 1 king, 1 sleeper sofa in loft)  
Sleeps 10. 3 bathrooms. Beautifully maintained home with spacious  
kitchen/dining area with comfortable living area. Open floor plan.  
Loft with game table - great space for kids to play.  Outside shower  
with H/C water, ceiling fans, Central heat/Air conditioning,  
microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage disposal, color TVs,  
DVD's, VCR, CD player, phone, gas grill. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. The  
kitchen is completely stocked for all of your needs. It has a  
sundeck, covered porches, indoor/outdoor music system, and breezeway.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Ocean Isle Beach is known for its family atmosphere and wide open,  
clean beaches.  You can walk or ride your bike to the family fishing  
pier, putt putt golf, and water slide.  The North Carolina Coast  
Museum is on the island and has all types of activities for the  
whole family throughout the summer.  There are 4-5 casual  
restaurants on the island for easy dinners, some with entertainment  
in the evenings.  There are 20-30 golf courses within a 10 mile  
radius for the avid golfer and rates are great in the summer!   
Fishing boats go out of Ocean Isle, Calabash, and Little River for  
the diehard fisherman.  Or you can rent a pontoon boat for a casual  
ride up the Intercoastal Waterway. Great fun! 
And don't forget Myrtle Beach!  Just about a 30 minute ride to all  
of the fun and excitement of amusement parks, miniature golf courses  
of all kinds, restaurants and shopping galore!  You can have all of  
the fun and lights of Myrtle Beach and then return to the relaxing,  
calm of Ocean Isle.

Vacation Rental Rates

In Season - June 14 - August 16, 2008 - $1775.00 
Value Season-Weeks of May 23, May 30, June 6, August 16, August 23 -  
$1550.00   
 
Off season September through May will rent by the day/week/month. 
 
Cleaning - $100.00 to be paid in advance for the cleaning service at  
the end of your stay.  There is also a 4% city tax on the rental  
rate.  
 
Refundable Security Deposit - $400.00 
1/2 deposit for rent is required at booking. 
 
Remaining rent, $100.00 for cleaning, and a separate check for  
$400.00 for the Refundable Security deposit is required 4 weeks  
prior to arrival. If the house is left in good order we will send  
back your check for the security deposit after the house has been  
inspected.   
 
If you are booking within 4-6 weeks of arrival the total rent,  
cleaning, and security deposit are due at that time. 
 
Arrangements will be made to pick up keys upon your arrival.
