The first level is a private, one car garage and the entry.  Level two is the main living area with  
an open kitchen with center counter, great room with dining table, half bath and veranda.  Level  
three is the king size master bedroom,  master bath with doiuble sinks and walk in shower, master  
veranda, laundry room, queen size guest room and guest bath with jacuzzi tub.  
 
Everything is new, floor to ceiling. This is not your average rental, but a dream home. Please note  
the travertine flooring, top of the line Jenn Air appliances, tumbled marble and glass counters,  
entertainment center and views from verandas and windows.   
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything you need to have a fabulous vacation is included - everything is upgraded. From top of  
the line designer sheets with goose down comforters, to plush towels, designer dishes and state of  
the art cookware.  Three flat screen HD TVs with DVRs and Bose sound. Full cable service and  
wireless internet is included.  Wood burning fireplace, for those chilly nights.  Two verandas with  
chairs/tables to relaz and enjoy the breeze. Full size washer and dryer on the third level. 
 
Rent includes the services of a trusted housekeeper, twice per month.  
 
Steps to the beach and pool, which is heated when needed on demand. All beach items are available  
for use, in the garage - towels, rafts, chairs, etc.    Endless upgraded amenities - monitored  
security system, central heat/air, water softening system, filtered water,  instant hot water,  
shower tower with multi-jets in Master Bath, Jacuzzi tub in Guest Bath, dual glass sinks in Master  
Bath.  Two skylights and a huge window seat to make the town homelight and bright.  Just bring your  
toothbrush and clothes... 

Activities and Attractions

There are a  few good restaurants within walking distance, and the best pizza is available across  
the street.   
Some neighbors gather at sunset at the community table and chairs (see pics) every night to watch  
the SPECTACULAR sunsets. The Seminole Rec Center is a short drive away, for exercise and social  
events.   
There is a Seven Eleven across the street, near the public park on the Intercoastal.  There are two  
grocery stores, within three miles.  Of course, the Beach is steps away, to walk or watch.  The  
fishing pier is one half mile down the beach. Tyrone Mall is about seven miles  
away, with the airport and downtown Tampa within 45 minutes.   
 
Downtown St Petersburg has been gentrified and is great for shopping and dining - about a 20 minute  
drive from the beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Inquire now for Winter 2009!  All months available.  $3500 - $4000 per month, based on season, with  
a one month minimum.  Discount for multiple consecutive months. Security Deposit required.  Small  
dog will be considered, with add'l deposit. Includes all utilities, cable and wireless internet.
