This stylish one bedroom condo, located in Ocean Village
Beach/Golf Resort,  just been completely remodeled in Tommy Bahama Style. It's kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances and sink, with filtered water on both the refrigerator and sink. The cabinets are fully stocked with everything a chef could need.
The bedroom has all brand new furniture and a spacious queen size bed.
The living room has a comfortable pull out queen size leather sofa
that can comfortably sleep two and a matching double recliner.
Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. The bedroom has
pocket doors, allowing for privacy at night with the ability to have
an open floor-plan by day. There are numerous closets and drawers to
store all your belongings.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and outside the bathroom
there is a second separate vanity with a sink.
All walls are painted in soothing light-colored earth tones. Beautiful
seaside prints hang on the walls. There are ceramic tiles throughout.
A spacious screened balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise
over the ocean or watch your favorite golfer at the first hole,
located right behind the building.
A brand-new, generously sized, front loading washer and dryer right
inside the apartment is a great convenience.
The apartment is on the third floor which maximizes the beautiful view
while still being wheelchair accessible with the elevator right down
the hall.

The apartment is completely furnished with plenty of linens and
towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, toaster,
toaster oven, coffee maker, small food processor, and a blender for a
refreshing frozen margarita. The central A/C gives you the option of
cooler air or you can open the windows and with the front screen door
you'll have a great cross-breeze to enjoy the ocean air and the sound
of the waves crashing. The brand-new washer & dryer, iron and ironing
board means you can always look fresh and pressed. Brand-new tropical
looking ceiling fans in living room and bedroom provide a great
breeze. Two Color TV's and a DVD/VCR provide additional entertainment.
A full-sized stereo is also available. The screened patio has a table
and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. Beach chairs, towels and
blanket means you're all set to enjoy a day on the beach, located just
across the golf course. The extra telephone jack, located by the built
in desk, can be used with our, wireless high speed...please inquire.
The resort features 3 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis
courts, 1 racquetball/squash court, 2 paddle ball courts, a 6-hole
miniature golf course and a 9-hole, par-27 executive golf course
(longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the
Off-Season and has a $2 green fee from about Dec 20 thru a week after
Easter. The resort also has its own 4-Star restaurant, on the
Ocean which is located next to the largest of the 4 swimming pools.
Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar 
a "kiddie pool" for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and an
exercise room with sauna and shower facilities.We also offer use golf clubs, tennis rackets, bicycles, sand chairs, beach umbrellas.  Gated, secure community.  Short walk to beach, 4 heated swimming pools, tennis, 9 hole par 3 executive golf course, bocci, shuffleboard, hot tub, tiki bar, restaurant,great fishing,community fitness room,wi-fi in unit.

Fishing: Deep sea fishing and party boats available from Ft. Pierce
marina; surf fishing only yards away available for Blue Fish,
Pompano, Snook, Whiting, and many other species. South Jetty and
Indian River offer excellent fishing. Bass fishing at Lake
Okeechobee rated one of the best Bass Lakes in USA, only 40 minutes
away.
Baseball: Ocean Village is within a half hour drive of the LA
Dodgers (Vero Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training
Camps. At the conclusion of spring training in early April, the
minor league (Vero Beach Dodgers & St. Lucie Mets) plays a full
season of Class A Florida League baseball at these same sites from
April to September. Most of these minor league games are played at
night and are very inexpensive.

Golf: If Ocean Village's 9-hole golf course is not enough for you
there are 17 championship golf facilities consisting of 21 separate
courses (mostly Fazio and Nicklaus designed) all within a 40 minute
drive. Prices range from $15 to $35 for 18 holes with a cart during
the off-season. In-season prices are about double. All of these
courses are open to the public.

*Rental Deposit for one month rent in High Season is: $600 (on signing
6mo in advance, $300 + $300 Security Deposit). The rest
will be do four months before arriving. If condo is available and
needed immediately, then the full amount of is due before you
arrive.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: $300 will be colected at the time of 1st deposit.
This security deposit will be refunded if no damage or loss occurs.
*CLEANING FEE: $85 (cash) is to be left on the counter for the
cleaning service.
*Florida Resort Tax is not included on the above price.
*Check In Time: After 3:00PM - Check Out Time: Before 12:00noon
Length Of Stay Discounts: 2/Mo = 10% & 3/Mo = 15%
Cancellations and Refunds:
For any cancellations which occur at least 60 days prior to your
scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $300.
For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your scheduled arrival
date, for any reason whatsoever, depoits and rental payment are
refunded only to the extent that your week(s)/month(s)
can be re-rented.

commercial vehicles, campers, motor homes, rv�s, boats or boat
trailers on the site. suv's and family vans with rear windows are

We do not rent to singles under 25; proof of age required; you will
be checked.
Smoking is not allowed. No exceptions! If this is violated, $300
deposit will be kept towards cleaning!
