dine, relax, read a book or take a nap, while listening to the surf.
You can take long walks and explore tide pools, sunbath, snorkel, or
go sea kayaking right off the back patio. This fully furnished home
has a living room and dining room that look out over the ocean as
well. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washer, dryer,
and dishwasher as well. There is high speed internet via cable modem with wireless access.

If you want some additional privacy, there
is a casita adjacent to the main house that opens onto the covered
patio. The bedroom looks out over the ocean, and it has its own
kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. This home is in easy walking
distance to great shopping and restaurants. Dolphins are often seen
swimming in the bay just offshore.

Weekly rentals are $1790 per week (seven nights).

There is a $300 security deposit required.
Pets are handled on a case by case basis, we bring our pups to Joya
Del Mar and understand your desire to travel with them as well.
There may be per night pet charge and a $100 security deposit. We can
also help you understand the document requirements for bringing dogs
across the border, it is straightforward.
