2006)is located close to the water, just steps away from the
private boat dock complete with a 12 ft x 24 ft floating patio
perfect for lounging on a sunny afternoon looking out to the main
water while watching the kids swim in the quiet cove. Dock has one
covered slip available for tenant use (upon request during Peak Season)
with room for 2 additional boats to tie off on the sides. Enjoy the
sights from the home's 2 over-sized decks and large screened porch
for those quiet summer evening meals over-loooking the lake. This
home is ideal for those wanting to get away from it all to spend
time with family and friends. With approx. 3000 square feet of
living space complete with cathedral ceilings and an open floor

- Lower level 4th bedroom with full bed and sliding glass doors to
a deck overlooking the lake.
- Lower level 5th bedroom ideal for the kids complete with two sets
of bunk beds, one with 2 twin beds and the other with 2 double beds.
Full bath on the lower level accomodates the 4th and 5th bedrooms.
Lower level family room includes a sleeper sofa.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, large kitchen with Kitchen-Aid convection
wall oven, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Large
dining area with seating for 6 + guests. Kitchen has beautiful view
of lake and 2 story stone fireplace in family room with a wall of
windows over-looking the water. Large 12ft x 15ft screen porch
located just off of the dining area complete with ceiling fan and
over-sized table for additional seating.
Main level and lower level family rooms include satelite TV's with
VCR's and DVD players. Lower level family room includes sleeper
sofa and bumper pool/card table and foosball table.

with houseboat, ski and pontoon boat and jet ski rentals.
Home is also located just a short drive away from local shopping of
Gatlinburg and amusements at Pigeon Forge.
Vacation Rental Rates
Peak Season (Memorial weekend through Labor Day Weekend):
$2,950 per week Friday to Friday
* Weekly rentals only during Peak Season
Off Season: $275/night with 3 night minimum
Check-in time is 5:00 pm, Check-out time is 10:30 am.
*Occasional split weeks may be available.
14.25% Tennesse Tax and $150 cleaning fee is added to
all rental rates.
Reservation is held with $500 Advanced Deposit and signed completed
rental agreement only. This deposit becomes your security deposit
and is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of property following
your stay. Full rental amount, cleaning fee and applicable Tennesee
Sales and Use tax is due 90 days prior to check in. Cancelation fee
within 90 days of rental term is your $500 advanced
deposit.
