This home is about 2600 sq. ft in the classic "L" shape with a large private patio area with pool and jacuzzi and a built-in gas barbeque inside the "L". Located in town, in a residential neighborhood not a gated community, between Monterey and San Pablo. El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of the Desert) the McCallum Theater, the Westfield Mall and College of the Desert(where they have a great swap-meet on weekends) are nearby. Agua Caliente Casino is about a 10 minute drive. Many wonderful restaurants are nearby, some within walking distance.

  The home has 2 bedrooms, the guest bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and dvd/vcr player. There is a front bathroom with a shower that can be accessed from both the guest bedroom and from the living room area. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV and dvd/vcr player. There is an en suite bathroom with a combination tub/shower.  Attached to the master bedroom is a wetbar/sitting room  In this room is a fold out queen sofa bed and a wooden accordion door that can be closed for privacy between rooms.
   The livingroom has a large U shaped sofa that pulls out in the middle to a full size bed. It also has a TV with a VCR and a DVD player and a Stereo with CD player, with speakers inside and outside.
   The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave,
refrigerator with ice maker, and most all of the utensils you might need.
   There is a washer and dryer on the premises. All linens and towels
are provided.

$1,250 - $1,400 per week plus $200 security*   
$3,000 per month plus $600 -$1,000 security**

Short term (weekends & weekly) rentals are subject to 9% City Room Tax

* Jacuzzi usage is included in rental, pool heating is an additional
charge of $100-$150 for weekends and $200-$250 for a week (higher rate in December, January & February). Monthly rentals pool, jacuzzi heating will be determined by the gas utility bill, whatever is over the allowed charge of $125 per month on the gas bill.
** Monthly renters are allowed $125 each on gas and electricity usage, any
usage above this is deducted from the security deposit.
Cleaning charges (which usually runs between $60-$75, sometimes more depending on how it is left) will be deducted from the security deposit.
