Highway in the North Key Largo Hammocks State Park.
This two story cabin fronts on the John Pennekamp with a fabulous
ocean view. From this tranquil setting, you are a short distance
from everything you could want in south Florida and the Keys. You
are five miles north of the John Pennekamp facilities. And only
minutes from Dive shops, Fishing Camps, Water-sports, etc. We have
two canoes for paddling the mangrove trails through the park just 70
feet from your door. A 6 foot deep lagoon on shore awaits your
snorkel and mask. Here you can park your canoe.
A super market grocery store is a short three mile drive south.
Miami Airport and So Beach are 45 min. to 1 hr. north.
Everglades National Park is less than a hour.
Key West is a beautiful two hour sunrise drive to the south across
islands and bridges.
Take a daytrip to the south west coast of Florida along the Tamiami
Trail past Shark Valley and the Big Cypress National Preserve.
Or just relax on the several decks surrounding the second floor of
your Cabin enjoying the quiet ocean views and wildlife of Florida.

Amenities: Just fully renovated with upgraded very high end
furnishings. Deluxe King Koil King Mattress in Master and deluxe
King Koil Queen in 2nd bedroom. Air Conditioning, 2 TV's, VCR,
Stereo. Large couches and sleeper sofa. Cable TV with hundreds of
channels, and high speed internet. Spanish clay tile through out the
cabin. Two canoes and a new two person kayak. Two fishing poles and
some extra snorkel / lobster gear.
Full Kitchen with brand new Microwave, brand new Dishwasher, brand
new side by side Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Cooking utensils
provided, Luxurious Linens provided and hair dryer. Clothes Washer
and Dryer,iron, storage and Covered Parking in downstairs area.
Enjoy
your Gas Grill (BBQ)on deck, with the balmy breezes and hamock. No
Smoking in the cabin. One Small pet OK with additional deposit.

Activities (on site or nearby): Great walking, Hiking, Fishing,
Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Museums, Sightseeing,
Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing,
Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing,Tennis. Learn to scuba dive
over the weekend. Two canoes are at the cabin, one is 10 feet long
and the other one is 17 feet long. We also have a new kayak for two
persons with a roof rack to go moble in your vehicle or paddle
around this park outside your cabin door.
Fantastic diving - Dive the Key Largo Spiegle Grove, the largest
sunken ship in the North Americas. Almost 2 football fields in
length. The third largest, most beautiful coral reefs in the world
are located in Key Largo, just outside your door.
Miles of canoe trails adjacent to your cabin along the shores of
North Key Largo and John Pennekamp State Park. You can paddle out to
lobster ledges and catch lobsters from the canoe or kayak. you must
first have a lobster permit from a local dive shop store during
spacific dates of the year.

September and October .................. $1650/week ... $5390/month.
Any week which includes the following, please add $250 per week:
Christmas, New Years Eve, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July,
Thanksgiving, Easter Sunday, Spring Break or 2 Day Mini-Lobster Season.
Please include a $400 refundable security deposit + $150 cleaning fee
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
