MaLady's Beach Condo in Hilton Head Island

We are the direct owners of a condo unit who take pride in their
place and desire renters who are like-minded. Our property is beach-side
(no crossing streets). The beach fronts our resort. Only 'soft barrier'
separating us from the beach is a scenic tidal marsh (approx. 5-min. walk).
Access beach via private, 300-yd. boardwalk OR take the shuttle. Full-
service cabana on the beach (open March thru October) with dart board,
beach volleyball and bathrooms. Scroll down to view rate schedule.
Peak season of Jun-Aug. weekly, Sat-Sat only! Remainder of year we can be
more flex with shorter stays (3-night minimum) and check-in days.

Non-smoking unit. No Pets. Sleeps 5 (limit 4 adults). Gated community.
24-hour security. Located in the heart of the island. Lovely master
bedroom has comfy queen bed & 2nd TV with private bath. Guest room
has both a queen and twin bed for extra couple or three children. Guest
bath has shower. Kitchen comes completely furnished with all cooking &
dining conveniences. Living room has open concept with dining table,
ceiling fan, TV, VCR-DVD player.

Private beach. Private boardwalk. A full-service cabana
is on the beach (open Mar - Oct) serving beverages, snacks, grilled foods and
has beach volleyball and bathrooms. A bike trail runs in front of the resort
connecting you to the island; bikes can be rented in our community in the gift

We are located in the heart of the island--a skip and hop from any
and everything with over 200 restaurants, nightspots/pubs, tours &
cruises, family recreation and sports such as water & ocean sports,
bike & hiking trails, horseback riding, golf and tennis--to shopping
mall and outlets, businesses, cinemas, museum, art gallery, theatre,
comedy house, library AND of course...our fabulous Hilton Head Beach! 
Hilton Head Island can be as quiet or as busy as you want it to be!

$799/wk Summer (Peak) June thru August, Sat-Sat check-in only
$625/wk remainder of year (Sept-May) any check-in day OR
Minimum 3-night, 4-night, or 5-night stays during the off-season!

NOTE: Resort only allows up to 4 adults per 2-BD unit Our villa sleeps a party of 5.
Accommodation taxes included in rates. Linens furnished with exception of pool and beach towels.
Cleaning fee is add'l ($100 for weekly renters and $125 for monthly renters). $100
non-refundable down payment to book with balance due 35 days in, however, 
reschedules are fine. Major credit cards accepted (credit card fee applicable).
CHECK OUR CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY! During the off-season
we can be more flex with check-in days and shorter stays.
Remember, our minimum stay is 3 nights--no nightly rates!
