Clean, Cool and Walk to Beach in Cape May

This newly refurbished, very clean and tastefully/comfortably decorated home is an easy walk to a beautiful ocean beach in Cape May. One floor living with carpet.  Electronic air cleaner with new Air conditioning and ducts in 2009.

Family friendly with lots of comforts such as comfortable beds and seating.  Comcast with lots of channels, DVD player, DVR (TIVO) and XM radio. Flat screen HDTVs in living room (46") master bedroom (36") and kitchen (18"). High speed wireless internet.

Spacious living room opens to dining room with a large table to enjoy family meals or games. (seats 10 comfortably - 12 if you are family!).  Children are warmly welcomed.

Large kitchen with eat in breakfast area and wood island provides space for
multiple cooks. Electric range, large refrigerator, Bosche dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, toaster, good pots and pans and knives will help you turn out some awesome meals if you are inclined. 

Two car garage and driveway provides a place for all your beach stuff
and plenty of parking.   Brand new deck off the kitchen for cookouts and a big yard for kids to play. Great front porch for morning coffee. Super clean and cleaning included in rate.

Sleeps 10 including children and babies but this is a 3 bedroom, so 10 adults will probably not be comfortable.

Home includes everything you need for a great vacation. Central air
and heat, outdoor shower, large backyard, covered front porch and large rear deck. Flat screen TV's in master bedroom and kitchen.

Well equipped kitchen with nice stuff.  Service for 10.

Half bath and seperate laundry room with new HE washer and dryer and
entrance to large back yard.

Our beach is lifeguarded with new, clean and very nice rest rooms.

Home is on a quiet corner lot with two off street parking spaces and plenty of street parking. 

Master bedroom has king size "heavenly bed" with private bath/shower.
Second bedroom has two twin beds and third bedroom with "tower bunks"
(full down, twin up to sleep six). Hall bath with tub/shower.

Pillows and blankets provided. All bedding and mattresses are new.
Renter must bring sheets and towels.

Cape May is one of the country's oldest seaside resorts noted for its
victorian architecture and terrific beach. Fabulous restaurants and lovely beach.
Biking is the best. Noted for bird watching. So quiet at night you
won't believe it!  Family friendly town.

Playground and pond two blocks away.  Beach is five blocks away.  Great zoo in Cape May Courthouse.  Fun train ride in town to an historic village nearby.  Great fishing - surf or you can charter a boat or go out on a party boat.  Whale watching.

Terrific town for biking - even the little ones, so bring the bikes if you have room.  We have room to store them in the garage.

Winter - weekends for $500

Spring - April 1 thru June 15  - $300 per night, 3 night minimum

Memorial Weekend - $1200

Summer weeks, sat to sat only include june 14 thru Sept 15 $3150 per week
