A beautiful fully furnished second floor two bedroom two bathroom condo in Bonita Bay is available
for weekly or longer rentals. This condo sleeps six with a king sized bed in the master, twin beds
in the second bedroom and a new queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a fully
equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The unit is furnished with two TV’s with cable hook up and
a DVD and CD player. The unit has a high speed Internet hookup. Relax on the screened lanai and enjoy your breakfast or
lunch overlooking a tropical paradise. Four bicycles are at the condo
for your enjoyment.
Located in the Wild Pines development within Bonita Bay, this condo
is a haven of quiet beauty. Wild Pines is a low-rise condo community
of 100 units with its own heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, two tennis
courts and grills. Bonita Bay is a 2,400 acre lushly landscaped
gated community of private homes, condominiums and villas. The
property incorporates a range of delicate ecosystems from fresh and
saltwater marshes to mangrove stands, hardwood hammocks, a pristine
river, a creek and Estero Bay that opens to the Gulf of Mexico.
Bonita Bay has twelve miles of bicycle and walking paths, three
waterfront parks and a private beach park on the Gulf of Mexico. A
free shuttle bus will make your beach experience hassle free. The
bus is wheel chair accessible and equipped with storage racks for
personal items. It stops approximately 200 feet from the condo and
will take you to the private Bonita Beach Park on the Gulf. Spend a
day lounging in the sun and watch the colorful sky at sunset.
Facilities include restrooms, showers, and a pavilion and picnic
area with grills. A concession stand serves a variety of sandwiches
and cold refreshments. This private beach is attended by Bonita Bay
personnel who will set up the beach umbrellas, chairs and cabanas,
(tipping not allowed). The three waterfront recreational areas
feature many amenities including canoes, lighted tennis courts,
fishing piers, a children’s playground, a 12 station cardiovascular
exercise area, and picnic areas.

Bonita Bay is conveniently located just north of Naples and is about
20-30 minutes from Fort Myers Southwest Regional Airport (RSW). The
upscale Promenade Shops are adjacent to the Bonita Bay property.
Start the day at the local coffee shop, enjoy the upscale shopping and choose
among a number of dining experiences. Across Highway 41 two shopping
centers provide a wide range of stores including grocery stores,
Target, Mahalo Spa and additional dining choices. Southwest Florida
is blessed with an abundance of golf clubs, private and public to
choose from. (The private courses at Bonita Bay are not available to
renters.) Bonita Springs and nearby Naples have a reputation of
providing an extensive variety of shopping alternatives. A dog track
with other gambling is only minutes away. Fort Myers, Sanibel and
Captiva Islands are a half hour north and feature world class
shelling and the Henry Ford Estate as well as Thomas Edison’s home.
Southwest Florida has numerous parks, nature preserves (including
the Everglades National Park) and conservation areas to visit and
enjoy. A wide range of boating experiences await you including deep
sea fishing, airboats, sailboats, canoes and kayaks. Educational
facilities and the Arts are well represented. Take a painting class,
attend a concert at the Naples Philharmonic, or enjoy a bit of
theatre at the Barbara B. Mann Center for Performing Arts at Fort
Myers. The Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox hold their spring
training camp at Fort Myers.

A refundable $300.00 security deposit is required.
