The complex grounds are private and have lounge areas both by the  
pool and on the property. 
Unique lagoon sanctuary attracts many birds.   
Gas barbecue grills on site.   
Santini Plaza is just across the street with gift stores, clothing  
stores, a drug store, a post office outlet, a bank, restaurants and  
a marina with boat rentals.  
There is some of the best fishing and shelling around.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a nicely decorated condo on the sixth floor at Estero Beach  
and Tennis Club.  
It is completely renovated with ceramic tile throughout.  
There is a full kitchen including microwave and range.   
It has a nice king size bed and sleeper sofa.   
It is equipped with cable TV with VCR/DVD player, clock radio and  
telephone.   
There are all new dishes, silverware, toaster, coffee maker,  
linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels and patio furniture.   
The complex has a heated pool, barbeque grills and tennis courts.   
There are also washers and dryers in each building on the 1st floor.  

Activities and Attractions

Shelling on a white sandy beach. 
 
Golf, tennis, swimming, water skiing, shelling, parasailing,  
snorkeling, shopping, a movie theater, hiking, scooter and bicycle  
rentals, boat rentals and a library are readily available.  
 
There are great views of the Gulf of Mexico and sunsets. 
 
Walking distance to the Holiday Inn for dinner, drinks or karoake. 
 
There is a trolley (25 cents)that goes the length of the island  
(north to the pier or south to Bonita Beach or to 41).
