house! Located on a quiet street with easy access to the beach right
across the street. This beach house has a large living area with
vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has plenty of room for all of the cooks
in the family! There is a long dining table with bench seats for the
family to gather around for meals and for playing games into
the evenings! There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with the living
area, the 3rd bedroom is located upstairs and the futon sleeping area
is located in the open loft. There is a decorative screen to provide
some privacy for this additional sleeping area. There is a partially
fenced back yard for the kids to play in while they wait for everyone
to get ready for the beach! Or, enjoy the huge front deck with built-
in benches, it is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the mornings
listening to the sounds of the ocean! A private outdoor shower awaits
you when you get back from the beach too sandy to go inside. Please
